Q: What's wrong with brochures or DL postcards etc.?
A: One of the keys to successful marketing is frequency. Personal brochures, DL LBDrops, notepads, refrigerator magnets and the like can get very expensive, and people who receive them usually get bored with them after a while. Plus, you have to come up with something new on a regular basis.

Q: How and when do I get my newsletter?
A: You will be emailed your content on the 20th of the month, in the body of the email. You then cut and paste into your base template, add any graphics you want, plus details of your just listed and just sold, or a business you may want to promote and then either print it and distribute it, or e-mail it to your database.

Q: Do I need any special software?
A: No.  Your base template is in Word because many householders do not own Publisher to be able to open and access a Publisher document.

A: It's very inexpensive and saves you a great deal of time, energy and frustration. All prices include GST. Q: How am I billed?
A: Via PayPal automatically each month or pay an annual fee by direct credit, or PayPal.

Q: What if I want to cancel?
A: You may cancel any time by simply sending an e-mail indicating you wish to cancel. Your e-mail must be received no later than the 6th of the month because that's when production of the next month's newsletter will commence. You can also cancel directly with PayPal.

Q: Will you edit/make changes to the base template?
A: When requested, your picture, logo and contact information can be changed for you, by sending in the change of details and new photograph or logo.  These changes are regarded as set up changes and will incur a fee of $120.  

If you want, you can make your own changes instead of sending it in.  As far as changing the content of the newsletter it is supplied to you and you simply copy and paste it into your prepared template newsletter format.  You can add a few words on a local event that you want to promote, or a local business that you have an alliance with.  It's quick, easy and you won't have to do much yourself.

Q: What is your copyright policy?
A: The newsletter content and design are copyrighted by Narelle Stratford, Live Life 2 The Max! As a subscriber, you can make as many copies of each issue as you wish and distribute them to your prospects any way you wish. You may not charge for it. You may not give it or sell it to another Agent or another professional to use as his/her own. You may not alter the content of the articles, but you can remove them in their entirety if you wish. You may not remove the My Local Newsletter copyright and legal notices from the newsletter.
