Narelle Stratford here.  I'm both a Psychologist and a Master Practitioner in NLP, Timeline and Hypnosis, so that means that I have read quite a bit, studied quite a bit and so on.  Now, I'm not letting you know this for an ego trip.  I'm letting you know so that you understand that when I say DiSC is a fantastic and easy tool for understanding yourself and others, that you'll accept this statement. 

It really is.  I'm also qualified in MBTI (Myer Briggs Type Indicator) and I think DiSC is easier to use than MBTI, to understand and apply to yourself and others.  As well, the MBTI is personality based, where DiSC is behavioural.  If I said to you that you were way too introverted, change your personality, you might just find that offensive.  

On the other hand, if I say to you that you will find it easier to work with colleagues, clients and even family by adapting your behaviour, then that doesn't sound like such a stretch, does it?

Increase Sales Revenue

Like everybody, you want to increase your sales and revenue, right? Even if you're not directly responsible for sales, more business can only be good!  

The best and easiest way to do that is to have your franchisees, managers, sales and customer service people convert more of the prospective clients into real sales, right?
