Power of Your Guarantee - Attracting Clients to You!

I
like to know what Guarantee I've got, when I buy
something. It reassures me that I can get my money back,
or have the item replaced, or have someone work with me for far
longer when a service is involved. I like the peace of
mind it gives me. But how much peace of mind can I have if
I am a vendor selling my house?
Take
a look at the Guarantees listed below, drawn from various
Real Estate Agencies, and ask yourself does your Guarantee stack
up?
Example
1 - Guarantee
Service Standards In Writing
We pledge to deliver 22 tangible service elements to your utmost
satisfaction. Should we not live up to
the promises made in these guarantees, you can cancel your
listing or buyer's agreement.

2 - Jenman
Consumer Protection Guarantee
If you haven't read it, go
to Jenmans' website. It's worth knowing what you're up
against - whatever you may think!

The

When
most Real Estate Agents talk about Guarantees they usually refer
to "I guarantee to be professional, and provide good
service".
What

you. By educating your clients and the general public on your
Guarantee, you will be even more attractive to your Clients.

your Unique Selling Proposition is what makes you
different. Your Guarantee could even be your USP!!
