Do you know why your people are leaving?

Many managers don't even know why their people leave. In most cases, it's because they have expectations that are unmet.  Expectations that may be about the job, the workplace or even you, as their manager.  And those expectations are mostly unspoken - that is, the employee figures it's up to you to know (or guess) what they want.

The trouble is, those unmet expectations can lead to disappointment, and feel like betrayal to your employee.
